The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location right across from Matsuyama Castle was amazing. The city view was beautiful, especially with the castle in front. Stayed in a hotel with a parking lot I had to pay extra for - fancy! They also had dry cleaning, luggage storage, and free Wi-Fi, like I'm gonna waste my time with that.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely nationalist literature they had in the hotel rooms. So classy.

During my business trip, I found the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was also very convenient with easy access to restaurants and public transportation. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and added to a positive experience. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the general upkeep.

I did find that the language barrier was a problem. The staff's limited knowledge of English made communication difficult.

Everything was very good and the staff was efficient and excellent. The double room was new-fashioned, it included central heating, television, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was also big and included a bidet, which I loved.
